We never ship anything without it first undergoing our detailed quality assurance process. Every radiator we make is double-tested and our wall thickness is a guaranteed minimum of 2.5mm.

All of our products are delivered fully fitted with all bushes, sealed and ready to be plumbed in. Our valve tails are self-sealing too, reducing the time you spend on each installation.
And if you’re prepping your client’s property before the arrival of the radiator, we can supply accurate pipe measurements to allow you to fix the pipes in position ahead of time.

If you’d like to get a sense of how one of our radiators might look in the space you’re refurbishing, we’re more than happy to send you sample finishes, and even sample radiators, upon request.
We once sent three sample radiators from Manchester to NYC to assure the correct, totally custom finish was exactly what the client had in mind.
Site Visits
Within an hour’s travel, we visit site to help with placement and sizing possibilities, removing any uncertainty in sizing from the project.
